Friday, May 7th, 6:00-8:30pm @ Duderstadt Center Connector (hall way between Pierpont Commons and Duderstadt Media Center), the University of Michigan North Campus. (map and available parking)
Saturday, May 8th, @ Sheraton Hotel, 21111 Haggerty Road, Novi. (map)

In celebration of Taiwanese American Heritage Week, Michigan Taiwanese American Organization invites all to join the unique opportunity to see cultural presentations by renowned Taiwanese artisans in:

* Lion Head (used in Lion Dance) Painting
* Hand Puppetry
* Dough Figuring Sculpture
* Candy Blowing/Sculpture
* Gourd Carving
* Paper Umbrella Painting
* Sculpture using tree bark, leaves, and other natural materials..
* Silhouette paper cutting

2010 TMF First Audition Results

Thanks to the support of teachers and parents, more than 40 students participated in the 1st audition for the 2010 Taiwanese Music Festival. All performed outstandingly and all deserved to be a winner. However, due to limited time available for the final concert, we could not invite all of them to the 2nd audition. After careful considerations, the following students are selected from this audition:

Piano: P1, P8, P10, P11, P12, P13, P14, P16, P18
String: E2 (Czardas), E3, V2, V5, V7, V9, V10, V12, V15
